TERMS OF USE ACCEPTANCE FOR THE FACIAL ACCESS CONTROL PLATFORM:
By agreeing to these terms, you, the data subject, authorize AIED 2024 to collect, store, and process your personal data, specifically your name, email, and a selfie, exclusively for the purpose of ensuring your access.
1. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING:
Your personal data will be used solely for identification and access control to the event, ensuring your safety and that of other participants.
2. STORAGE AND SECURITY:
AIED 2024 commits to adopting technical and administrative security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, as well as its destruction, loss, alteration, or illicit or inappropriate processing.
3. ANONYMIZATION AND STATISTICAL USE:
At the end of the event, your personal data may be anonymized and used for statistical purposes. Once anonymized, the data cannot be used to identify you directly or associate you with any personal information.
4. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:
In accordance with the LGPD, you have the right to request, at any time, access to the data we store about you, as well as the correction of any incorrect information. You also have the right to request the deletion of your data and the revocation of consent for processing, among other rights provided by law.
